Last updated: 23 September 2026
You can ask Rise Up Greece to delete personal information associated with our website, booking services or Facebook integration.
Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include the email address used with Rise Up Greece, your name, and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or records. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable proof of identity to protect your information.
- We will locate information associated with the verified request and delete or anonymise it where required.
- We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days. We will tell you if applicable law permits more time.
- We will confirm completion, or explain any information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security reasons.
Facebook and Meta data
The Rise Up Greece Social Dashboard is restricted to authorised administrators and does not provide Facebook Login to guests. It stores the connected Facebook Page ID and access credential, approved post content, Meta post IDs, publication status and related technical logs.
An authorised Page administrator can also remove the app's access using the relevant Business Integrations or business settings in their Meta account. Disconnecting access prevents future publishing but may not remove posts already published on the Facebook Page; those posts can be deleted directly from the Page. You may email us at the address above to request removal of locally held integration data.
Other requests
You may use the same email address to request access to or correction of your information. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
