Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 September 2026
These terms govern use of riseupgreece.uk and the Rise Up Greece Social Dashboard (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Website and booking services
Website content is provided for general information and may change. Availability, pricing, occupancy, payment, cancellation and other booking conditions shown during the booking process or in your booking confirmation form part of your agreement with Rise Up Greece. You must provide accurate information and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Social Dashboard access
The Social Dashboard is a private business tool available only to authorised Rise Up Greece administrators. It connects to the Rise Up Greece Facebook Page through Meta's Graph API. Administrators are responsible for protecting their account access, Page credentials and devices, and for ensuring that content is accurate, lawful, properly licensed and approved before publication.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape information unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the Services to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful material.
Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third parties, including payment providers and Meta. Their separate terms and policies apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and availability of an integration is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Rise Up Greece. You may use the public website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, republish or exploit protected material without permission.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the Services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or from third-party platforms.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, respond to misuse or manage our business. Authorised administrators may stop the Facebook integration by removing its Page access or contacting us.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms and will show the latest effective date above. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@riseupgreece.uk.
