Rise Up Greece Apartments ("Rise Up Greece", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information through riseupgreece.uk, our booking and enquiry services, and our private Social Dashboard used to manage our Facebook Page.

Information we collect

• Contact and booking information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, stay details, messages and account information.
• Payment-related transaction details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store complete payment-card details.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers, access times and server logs.
• Messages submitted to our website assistant or contact forms.
• For the Social Dashboard, Facebook Page identifiers, Page access credentials, content selected for publication, Meta post identifiers, publication status and error logs. The dashboard is restricted to authorised administrators and does not offer Facebook Login to guests.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, manage reservations and customer accounts, process payments, provide support, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and operate and improve our services. The Social Dashboard uses the Meta Graph API only to verify our Page connection and publish or schedule content that an authorised administrator has approved.

Legal bases

Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we process information as needed to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing our services, or act on consent where consent is required.

Sharing and service providers

We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, booking operations and security. When an administrator publishes through the Social Dashboard, approved post content and the Page credentials required for the request are sent to Meta Platforms through its Graph API. Information published to Facebook is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep the website, customer accounts and administrative tools working securely. Third-party services may set their own cookies when you use or visit those services.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including service, security, accounting and legal requirements. Access credentials are restricted to authorised administrators. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to request portability or withdraw consent.
